My Experience and Things Make Me Disappointed

        I have used a blackberry phone for 3 months. I use an AS sim card on the phone and register this phone in ulimitited package so I can enjoy the blackberry messenger and internet services. This package is enabled by pressing * 363 # then in the option select the blackberry for category and then select the unlimited package for the first month Rp 90.000 and Rp 99.000 for the next month. In the first and second month, there is no problem in using this package. I can enjoy the blackberry messenger and internet services. In the third month I re-activate the package, but I can enjoy this service only in one day because the next day I discovered that my phone in 3G network mode but there is no symbol of blackberry. It means I can not use the blackberry messenger and internet service. I think maybe the Telkomsel's network is in problems, so I let it and wait. But the next day, still no changes on my phone. Then I ask my friends and try to do a variety ways. I remove the sim card and wait three days later, but the conditions  still same with before. I tried to call 116 and notify my complaint, but still no change. Finally I went to the Telkomsel Grapari office’s at Sun Plaza. Apparently they also told me to wait for three days. So I must be patient and just can wait. I feel very disappointed. I felt very lost.

  2. Telkomsel network is bad lately. gggrrr....
    I use AS sim card and get SOS in two days yesterday. I hope Telkomsel will fix it and give us better service later. :)

  3. Maybe the end of this month, I don't using this sim card for my blackberry again. I will change it into xl simcard.
